Is the payment request from Remembill genuine?
Consumers and companies receive a payment request from Remembill when one of the companies below is missing payment for an invoice. Here is how it works:
The company is missing the payment
An invoice is overdue, or a payment failed at the company you are a customer of.
Remembill sends a pre-filled payment request
We send it on the company's behalf, with amount, recipient and reference already filled in.
The payment goes straight to the company
The amount moves through a payment provider straight to the company. Remembill never moves the money itself.
Companies that send through Remembill
Remembill publishes a sender only once the agreement with that company allows it. Right now no senders are published.

How you know it is us
These are the domains and sender names Remembill actually uses:
remembill.com
Our website
remembill.link
Short links in text messages and email
pay.remembill.com
The payment surface where the bill opens
Remembill
The sender name in text messages
Anything else is not Remembill.
What we never ask for
- We never ask for BankID outside your own bank app.
- We never call and ask for card numbers.
- We never ask for passwords.
- We never send links that require you to log in with bank credentials on our site.
- The link alone is not enough: the code sits in the same message as the link. Check it yourself, open the link without the code and no bill appears. A forwarded or intercepted link therefore opens nothing.
Where the money goes
Card payment scope: PCI DSS SAQ A. All card data is processed by payment providers. Never in Remembill's systems.
Elavon
Card payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
FLIQ
Bank payment. FLIQ is operated by Avanoro AB.
Remembill is not a payment service provider and does not store card numbers or account numbers.
Cases that stay unresolved are handed to a contracted collection partner.
