What is Remembill?
Remembill is a mobile billing platform with two sides. Individuals use the free app to pay any bill in seconds, and companies use the platform to send bills and get paid faster at the lowest total cost.
Is Remembill free?
Remembill is free for individuals paying bills. Companies pay from EUR 0.30 per delivered bill, below Stripe Invoicing, Billogram, and incumbent e invoicing PSPs.
How do I pay a bill with Remembill?
Open the bill at remembill.com by entering the code or uploading a photo. The amount, due date, and account number are already filled in. Confirm with your bank, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. SEPA Instant settles in under 10 seconds.
Is Remembill safe?
Yes. Bank payments are processed by open banking (regulated by Finansinspektionen). Card payments are processed by Elavon (regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland). Remembill is PCI DSS SAQ A and GDPR aligned under IMY supervision.
Which payment methods are supported?
Bank transfer, SEPA Instant, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pay later, through regulated partner PSPs.
Is Remembill the same as Re:member?
No. Remembill is unrelated to Re:member.
How does sending bills work for companies?
Export your invoice batch from your ERP as a file. Remembill delivers each bill with a built in pay button, collects payment, and writes a reconciled record back. No integration project is required to begin.
What happens to overdue bills?
Automated reminders run on a schedule the sender controls. Cases that still age can be handed to a licensed collection partner, our licensed German debt collection partner.
