What does Remembill cost?
€0.30 per issued recovery bill and a €1.70 success fee, charged only on successful recovery, transaction fee included. Fees are fixed and never change with volume. A monthly platform fee is quoted separately and is not included in the per-bill or success fee.
What is included in the success fee?
The €1.70 success fee is charged only when the recovered payment lands in your account. It includes the card or bank transaction fee for that payment. It does not include the monthly platform fee.
What does the 90-day pilot include?
Full platform access at no cost for 90 days, onboarding by file drop or API, weekly reporting on recovery rate, days to pay and total recovered, and the option to exit at any time with your data.
When does the platform fee start?
After the 90-day pilot. The monthly platform fee is quoted separately per operator based on volume and is separate from the €0.30 issuing fee and €1.70 success fee.
