Set by the value-weighted payment rate and billed monthly in arrears. A 5 percent payment rate gives 0.20 percent, 45 percent gives 1.80 percent, and 100 percent gives the 4.50 percent cap rate. Rounded down to the nearest five percent step.
Overage above contracted volume

Per payment request above the contracted volume, on top of the variable fees.
The €0,38 issuing fee and the €1,70 success fee are fixed and never change with volume.

The 90-day pilot runs with no platform fee. After the pilot it rolls into an ongoing agreement that renews automatically, and the platform fee starts at the contracted tier.

What does Remembill cost?
€0.38 per issued payment request regardless of outcome, €1.70 success fee only on a completed payment with the transaction fee included, a fixed platform fee from €250 per month by contracted volume up to €25,000, a performance share of 0.20 to 4.50 percent of the month's invoice value, and €0.60 per payment request above the contracted volume.
How is the performance share calculated?
From the value-weighted payment rate for the month, rounded down to the nearest five percent step. A 5 percent rate gives 0.20 percent of invoice value, 45 percent gives 1.80 percent, and a full 100 percent gives the 4.50 percent cap rate. It is billed monthly in arrears.
What is the most a month can cost?
The fixed platform fee, plus the variable fees on every request paid, plus 4.50 percent of the invoice value. The calculator on the business page shows that ceiling for your own numbers.
What does the 90-day pilot include?
Full platform access with no platform fee for 90 days, onboarding by file drop or API, weekly reporting on payment rate, days to pay and total collected, and the option to exit at any time with your data. After 90 days it rolls into an ongoing agreement that renews automatically.
